Definitions

Contest, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

We may offer a chance for you to enter into a contest, sweepstakes, or other promotion (“Promotion”), which will require you to provide Fuze360 with certain Personal Data. This information is necessary to contact you in the event you win a prize, for prize delivery, or other promotional purposes. In the event you sign up for a mailing list, Fuze360 may collect your email address and other personal information. Business Transactions

Fuze360 is a Data Processor that may collect your Personal Data on behalf of a Data Controller. Once your Personal Data is transferred to the Data Controller, your Personal Data is deleted from Fuze360 systems. The Data Controller who is in control and possession of your Personal Data is the Data Controller who was shown on the online form you used to enter your Personal Data, along with the necessary opt-out links. dataprotection@fuze360.com.

Additionally, if Fuze360 is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
