Definitions

Business Transactions

Optimal Fusion is a Data Processor that may collect your Personal Data on behalf of a Data Controller. Once your Personal Data is transferred to the Data Controller, your Personal Data is deleted from Optimal Fusion systems. The Data Controller who is in control and possession of your Personal Data is the Data Controller who was shown on the online form you used to enter your Personal Data, along with the necessary opt-out links. dataprotection@optimalfusion.com.

Additionally, if Optimal Fusion is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
