What information does FUZE360 collect and how does FUZE360 use it?

This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of the FUZE360 website, operated by Fuze360. You may visit and use certain features of our website without any registration, in which case none of your personal information will be collected or retained. However, if you to register through our website or request coupons, we will ask you to provide personal information such as your contact information and your date of birth.

In addition, some sections of our website allow you to provide information directly to third parties whose websites are framed within our website, as described below in the section on “Third party links and co-brand relationships.”

We may collect data for our own use from your computer or device when you are visiting a FUZE360 web site or on a third party’s behalf when we serve advertisements on our network of web sites. Fuze360 may share personal information, such as your IP address with service providers solely for a business purpose pursuant to a written contract between Fuze360 and the service provider. Fuze360 service providers use the personal information as necessary to perform the business purpose stated in a written contract.

You may also request that Fuze360 delete your personal information by contacting us at the email or phone number provided above. Please understand that Fuze360 is required by CCPA to first verify any request received prior to complying with any CCPA request. 

In some instances, Fuze360 is not required by CCPA to delete personal information. In such instance, Fuze360 will notify you if your personal was unable to be deleted for one of the permitted exceptions under CCPA.
